Get to know Chef Albe

Hello! My name is Chef Albe. My culinary career started in Italy, where, as a young boy, I would watch my mother prepare incredible meals on an antique cast iron stove. Living in the countryside with modest means, we grew vegetables and raised farm animals and used everything the land had to offer that was edible and in season. With those simple, fresh ingredients, every meal was filled with much flavor and love.

These memories are expressed in my passion for healthy Mediterranean gourmet food, which is what I bring to you. Using simple yet flavorful, fresh and high quality ingredients, the natural flavor of food is captured in the delicious recipes we deliver or prepare on site for your party or reception.

When I moved from Italy to Miami, I had the opportunity to work as a personal chef for many years, as well as with very successful star chefs of the caliber of Mark Militello and Dewey LoSasso. My last project was to open and run a restaurant for Cefalo's Wine Cellar in Coconut Grove, owned by former Miami Dolphin player Jimmy Cefalo.
