Chef Albe will be happy to prepare an intimate dinner for you and that special person. Valentine's Day, weddings anniversaries, birthdays, or perhaps just a romantic evening or even an engagement...any of these would be the perfect reason to have Chef Albe prepare a memorable dinner. Please, call well in advance to reserve the date.
Private Parties
If you want to invite your family or your closest friend for that special celebration, Chef Albe is ready to help you. No matter the size, big or small, your party will always get special attention.
Office & Company Parties
Chef Albe offers plenty of choices for your office or company party. From sit-down lunch or dinner, including buffet and carving station, to individually packed meals, lots of choices are available.
Holiday Celebrations
How about celebrating Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter and, yes even Thanksgiving the same way we celebrate it along the Mediterranean regions. Roasted baby pig, lamb, beef prime rib and our award winning Seven Fish & Seafood Salad, are just one of the many delicious dishes you can celebrate your holidays with.
Wedding Receptions
Full service available for your special day. We can also find the venue for you or just tell us when and where the reception will be held and we'll take care of all the logistics to make it a perfect day. Please call well in advance to reserve the date. Six months reservation is suggested.
Cooking Classes
If you are an aspiring gourmet cook and always wanted to create that special bouillabasse or risotto with porcini mushrooms, Chef Albe can lead you and your friends through the right techniques and procedures to accomplish an outstanding result. Dates and locations are limited. Please reserve in advance.

Got a backyard? We have an original Italian wood-burning pizza oven on wheels that we can take anywhere. Want to celebrate your son's birthday at the local park? Done! And what a blast with our individual gourmet pizzas created right in front of your eyes.
Backyard Barbeque and Risotto Cookoff
Give a twist to the "usual" barbeque party and impress your guests with a full gourmet barbeque flare: grilled fish or chicken wraps, skewers with meat, as well as fish, shrimp and vegetable. Perhaps, you want to experience a risotto cookoff with seafood or mixed exotic mushrooms made right in front of your guests outdoors in a big paella pan!
